Welcome to the Bloxios Spin the Wheel feature (the "Feature"). By participating in the Feature, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

2. Eligibility

• Existing Clients Only: Participation is limited to existing Bloxios clients who have completed all necessary registration and verification processes.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
   

3. How the Feature Works

• Daily Spin Limit: Users are allowed one spin every 24 hours.

• Accumulating Points: Each spin awards points—100, 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, or 100,000 points.

• Bonus Boosts:

  • Upon reaching 100,000 points, users unlock a Bonus Boost.

  • Staking Boosts: The Bonus Boost provides a random increase to your staked assets, ranging from 0.1% to 10%.

  • Daily Staking Boosts: You may also receive daily staking boosts as part of the Bonus Boost program.

  • Variety of Boosts: Different boosts are available each time you reach the 100,000-point threshold.
     

4. Non-Monetary Use

• Utility-Based Points: Points and tokens earned through the Feature are strictly utility-based.

• No Monetary Value: These points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency or withdrawn.

• Unlocking Features: Points are used solely within Bloxios to unlock features or bonuses.
   

5. Non-Transferability

• Personal Use Only: Points and tokens are non-transferable and intended for your personal use only.

• No Trading or Selling: You may not sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer points to any other person or entity.

• Prevention of Misuse: This policy helps prevent misuse and speculative trading of points and tokens.
   

6. Transparency

• Clear Terms: We are committed to providing you with clear and transparent terms regarding how points and tokens function within Bloxios.

• Information Access: Detailed information is available within your account dashboard and support resources.
   

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

• Mandatory KYC for Staking: Users wishing to stake assets and receive staking-linked rewards must complete our KYC process.

• Automated Monitoring: We employ automated systems to monitor and flag any suspicious activity related to staking rewards.

• Regulatory Compliance: Bloxios complies with the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and registers as a financial intermediary as required by applicable laws.
   

8. Responsible Use

• No Gambling Association: The Feature is designed for entertainment and rewards within the Bloxios ecosystem and is not associated with gambling.

• Fair Play: Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the Feature is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
   

9. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The Feature is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• No Liability for Losses: Bloxios is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Feature.
   

10. Changes to the Terms

• Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

• Notification: Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

• Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the Feature after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
